Plain English wording that clarifies expectations between you and your customers.
There’s nothing more complicated than legalese, and while you may have T&Cs or contract details on your site, do you really know what they are saying – and more importantly, do your customers? I will reword your T&Cs into easy-to-read language, before getting it checked by an experienced lawyer.
NB You should share the original T&Cs on your website too. Belt and braces.
